Jesse Carstairs builds men from identity outward. His framework, Identity, Manhood, Headship, is grounded entirely in scripture and built on a single conviction: a man will never lead his home well if he has not first become who God made him to be. His coaching is not theory. It is lived truth, refined through years of high-level work with men across the country.

Adam Free is a retired Green Beret, 7th Special Forces Group, who brings military-forged discipline and rare emotional intelligence to everything he does. A Special Forces operator who can read a room better than almost anyone, Adam builds men who are physically capable, emotionally present, and spiritually grounded at the same time. He hosts the weekly Midweek call inside the Ascent Skool community, a standing touchpoint for the men in the brotherhood between coaching sessions, and he runs the relational architecture of every retreat.
